As previously communicated, you're likely aware of the Invalid Credits issue by now.
The WHMCS Billing Panel incorrectly refunds VAT/TAX as service overpayment credit to users. These taxes are actually collected by the Payment Gateway for users' country.
Using invalid credits to settle invoices will result in service suspension. To restore their service, users must pay the outstanding balance. If affected, and you believe your credit is valid, please provide your ADD FUND Transaction receipt or request a new invoice for the outstanding amount.
